The Elevate workouts and classes are created for different levels of intensity. Each class provides modifications for beginners, as well as options to spice it up for intermediate and advanced levels. Our number one policy is: your body, your rules. Feel free to modify and tweak the exercises to your personal needs and always listen to your body.

You can sign up for our Elevate membership via your webbrowser or the Elevate by Rowen App, after signing up, you’ll first enjoy 7 days for free. After the 7 days free trial, your membership will automatically activate.

You should always consult your physician or health care specialist before performing any of the workouts and exercises. We offer some pre- & post-natal friendly workouts, and a wide range of low-impact sculpt classes that may feel more suitable.

No problem! All equipment is optional, and simply a fun way to spice up your fitness game. If you’re curious to what equipment we use for the classes, find our favorite brands and partnerships here. Equipment you may find in our classes: yoga/fitness mat, light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, heavy weights, pilates ball, barre support (chair/bench).

Yes, you can cancel anytime. 

To cancel your subscription via webbrowser login to your Elevate account, click on your account icon (top right) and find “manage subscription”. 

If you’ve signed up via the App, follow these steps to cancel your subscription.
